After you sign in, Casongo can ask you to verify your account to confirm your identity, your payment method, and your residential address. The check is triggered by specific actions and account signals rather than every login.
Verification is required before Casongo approves your first withdrawal, even if deposits and gameplay already work. It can also be requested when you change key profile details such as your name, date of birth, or address.
Casongo requests verification when payment activity needs confirmation: using a new card, switching to a different deposit method, or attempting a withdrawal to a method that does not match the deposit method.
